The soft body construction of these latches quiets vibration and provides satisfactory performance despite misalignment.
- Internally-mounted lever provides over-center action for mechanical advantage in closing, plus protection against accidental opening
- Molded latch body conceals mechanism and mounting hardware
- Right-angle keeper design permits use in applications where panel is perpendicular to the frame
- Non-corrosive materials permit use in outdoor environments
- Provides steady state clamp force of 49 N (11 lbs.) at recommended mounting dimensions
